概要: training of pronunciation and reading abilities - easy reading practice for beginners
受講条件: This course is for intermediate level (A1/2).
Students should have at least a certain basic knowledge of vocabulary
and be able to enjoy the very easy (DaF - German as Foreign Language) books.
詳細: This is an intensive reading course.

This course is concentrating on the training of pronunciation and reading abilities. Target is to develop a natural sense for the pronunciation and a natural feeling for the sentence melody and the sentence structure.
Having attained this natural sense, students can more easily turn their focus on the contents of the text.

We will not focus on grammar.
Grammar details will only be explained on requests of the students
or when it is necessary to understand the context.

受講条件: This course is for intermediate and advanced level students who are interested in social, political, economical and cultural issues of
modern day Germany.
The teacher would prepare articles from news magazines etc., but the students are very much welcome to bring articles of their own interest to study together and discuss about.
詳細: Target of this course is the training of communication skills
by talking about/discussing most recent German articles from news magazines, newspapers and/or online media.

Students should get used to free talking and learn to express
their opinions, ask for and answer to other peoples' opinions.

概要: practical info for daily living in Germany
受講条件: The course is focused especially on people who are going to live in Germany, be it businessmen on transfer, their wives and family, or students planning a working holiday.

Depending on the students' level of German, this course might be in English or in Japanese.
詳細: This course will prepare for daily life in Germany.

We will introduce German customs and manners, look into the medical system and healthcare, talk about safety issues, shopping concerns, explain how to do reservations at hotels, restaurants, appointments with doctors, ordering & payment in restaurants, how to buy tickets for bus and train etc. etc.
We will also learn and practice the basic German language to master these situations.

Target is to make the students comfortable with the challenges waiting for them in Germany.

Originally this course was planned as an additional option to regular German language lessons, but also students without any German knowledge are welcome. In this case this course will be held in English or Japanese - according to students requests.

My wife (Japanese) used to live in Germany for more than 10 years, so she will support with a seminar especially focussed on a "female's perception"

先生に連絡を取り、確認させていただいた内容です。

(1) 現在の生徒数
プライベート6名といくつかの語学スクールの不定期にクラスを受け持っています。

(2) 日本語でのメール問い合わせについて
ひらがな、カタカナ、漢字OKです。読み書きできますが、新聞を読むのはかなり難しいです。
(3) 教材について（おすすめ教材など）
通常ドイツ語レッスンには「Themen Aktuell」（初心者と中級者向け）がおすすめです。これはごく一般的なもので、過去にドイツ語を学んだ人が復習するためにもよく利用されます。

(4) レッスン場所について（おすすめのカフェなど）
ほとんどの場所はとても狭くて混雑しており、発音や会話の練習には騒がし過ぎます。
茅ケ崎駅周辺にはいくつかのおすすめの喫茶店やファミリーレストランがありますが、騒がしくない時間帯を選ぶ必要があります。

(5) レッスンについて（特に好んで教えているレッスンなど）
テキストと独自教材を使用したレッスンを好みます。
　⇒ 会話中心のレッスン（ニュース雑誌の最近の記事などを利用）
=> 文化を学ぶレッスン（ドイツ、ヨーロッパなどに関する情報を利用）
=> 海外旅行のための準備とサポート
=> 翻訳業務(歌、映画など)

質疑応答スタイルでのレッスンは好みませんが、レッスン時間の大半を生徒たちに話させ、フリートーキングに慣れさせたいと思っています!
